Big loss for Bangladesh girls against New Zealand women

New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat in Cape Town on Friday. 189 runs lost 3 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs. Black Caps opener Bernadine returned with 44 off 26 balls with five fours. Suzy added 77 runs with Bates in the opening pair.
Bangladesh has tasted defeat in three consecutive matches in the Women’s T20 World Cup held in South Africa. The girls lost first against Sri Lanka in the direct World Cup qualifying tournament. Then Australia blew up the Niger Sultanate. In the third match against New Zealand, the red-green women’s representatives lost by 71 runs. Semi-final hopes are over with one match remaining.
