Hiren Pandit as a human being always thought of the entire mankind. As a Bengali, that which relates to us is what makes him think deeply. The source of this constant harmony is love, inexhaustible love, all that makes our politics and existence meaningful. Similarly, the life struggle of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, a great leader, and the father of the Bengali nation, and his personal life, politics, nationalism and foreign affairs, everything was about this country and territory. These issues mark and outline the writer’s mind. After Bangabandhu’s sad untimely demise, his successor, the present Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, has been in power in this country for the last fifteen long years. She is also following in the footsteps of her father and is continuously working for the development of the country and the nation. She wanted to show the journey of father to daughter through a series of combinations of various facts. In this book Father’s dream is realized in the hands of the daughter, these topics are given place in the book.
The book is published by Bibek Publications. The cover is drawn by Mohammad Arif Hossain. The book is available at stall number 365 of Bibek Publication at Ekushey Book Fair, Bangla Academy, Dhaka.
The author believes that the book Bangladesh Bangabandhu to Sheikh Hasina will be appreciated by the dear reader as a new source of information. This is the author’s second book. Earlier in the book ‘The Dream of the Father of the Nation Materialized by His Daughter Sheikh Hasina’, he also wrote about Bangabandhu, Bangladesh, the new change of Bangladesh under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina, conquering the sky, and building the country as a model of development, besides the new generation.
He is constantly trying to highlight various issues in the country and abroad, including sharpening the spirit of the liberation war. Hiren Pandit is a researcher, writer, and columnist. He was born on 1st January 1968 in the Netrakona district. Father Jogendra Pandit and mother Renu Bala Devi. He is the youngest among four brothers and two sisters. He completed secondary education from Hiranpur High School in 1983 and higher secondary education from Netrakona Government College in 1985. He completed a BSS (Hons) in 1988 and an MSS in 1989 from the Department of Political Science, Dhaka University as a resident student of Jagannath Hall in the 1985-86 session. He is a media development professional and program planner. Currently, he is working as the program coordinator and research fellow of the media development organization BNNRC.
He is continuously enriching himself by completing various training and development-related short courses from the country and abroad. Carrying himself forward as a freelance writer and columnist with social responsibility; He regularly writes columns, essays, and articles on various national and international topics including ICT and, the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He is married to Shikha Banerjee. They have a daughter Shriya Pandit and a son Arjun Pandit.
